Our Perfect Granola is chock full of nuts and is lower carb, vegan and gluten free.  It won three stars at Great Taste Awards 2021 where it was judged as being one of the nicest granolas they had tried! 

Our granolas are ideal for breakfast as a topping on your favourite yoghurt or as a treat on ice-cream and are delicious paired with a fresh fruit coulis. Our granolas have been designed to suit to various food style choices. Both our Tahini and Perfect granolas are suitable for vegans.

Ruth is a Type 1 Diabetic and is passionate about developing recipes with a lower carb content. 

Annette enjoys baking cakes, pastries and baked goods that satisfy her sweet tooth. 

We are passionate about helping people come together to enjoy great food.

Our Story

Friends for over 10 years with a shared love of good food, Annette and Ruth had planned to open a cafe in the heart of Romford from which to share their culinary creations. Unfortunately, 2019 had other plans with the arrival of covid and they adapted to become an online business instead. 

As a Type 1 Diabetic, Ruth has struggled to find breakfast choices which are both tasty yet suitable for her to eat. This inspired her to create a range of granolas which have now won Great Taste awards in 2021 and 2022 and are available for delivery across the UK.
